Heart Shaped Rainbow Maker - Geek Valentine's Presents

Even I'm confused by this Heart Shaped Rainbow Maker and I'm a geek! Basically it just creates rainbows in your bedroom or living room? Doesn't just having a cystal pendant do this when you hang it in front of a window? I must be missing something!
